We accept returns on most products within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Unopened and unused items: Products must be returned in new and unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals.
  • Defective or damaged items: If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will provide you with instructions for returning the item and issue a replacement or refund.
  • Proof of purchase: To initiate a return, you must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase (order number, email confirmation, etc.).

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Used or opened products: Items that have been used, opened, or tampered with cannot be returned, unless defective.
  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software or digital products.
  • Clearance or sale items: Items marked as final sale or clearance cannot be returned.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    • Provide your order number and reason for the return.
    • If applicable, provide images or a description of any defects or damages.
  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, our customer service team will send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the product.

  3. Package the Item: Carefully package the item(s) you wish to return, ensuring they are in the same condition as when you received them, with all original packaging and accessories.

  4. Return Shipment: Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or our error. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  5. Processing the Return: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange.


4. Refunds

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part.
  • Partial Refunds: If the returned item is damaged, opened, or missing parts, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund based on the condition of the returned item.

5. Exchanges

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the item at no cost to you and either replace the item or issue a full refund.

7. Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returned items that are not defective, opened, or damaged. This fee helps cover the cost of processing the return and inspecting the product.

8. Canceling an Order

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@maxrapic.net or call us at (931) 556-2326. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. You will need to follow the return process once the item arrives.

9. International Returns

If you are returning an item from outside the United States, you are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and other associated fees. Please ensure that your return shipment is properly documented to avoid delays.
