1. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer a variety of shipping options for your convenience, including standard and expedited shipping. Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.
- Overnight Shipping: Available for certain items; estimated delivery within 1 business day.
Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. The exact fee will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
2. Processing Time
Once your order is placed, we aim to process and ship it within 1-2 business days. Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If there are any delays in processing your order, we will notify you via email.
If you place an order over the weekend or on a holiday, it will be processed on the next business day.
3. Order Confirmation and Tracking
After you place your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with details of your purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
You can also track your order by logging into your MaxRaPic account and checking the “Order History” section.
4. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs, delivery times, and customs duties vary by destination. Please note:
Customs Duties and Taxes: Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred on international orders are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are determined by the destination country and may vary depending on the product and its value.
International Shipping Delays: Please note that international shipments may be subject to delays due to customs processing or other factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or other third-party carriers.
5. Shipping Restrictions
While we strive to ship to as many locations as possible, some items may be restricted from shipping to certain countries or regions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates shipping restrictions.
If an order cannot be shipped to your location, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued if payment has already been processed.
6. Delivery Times
Domestic Deliveries: Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the delivery location. Typically, delivery takes 5-7 business days for standard shipping, 2-3 business days for expedited shipping, and 1 business day for overnight shipping, excluding weekends and holidays.
International Deliveries: Delivery times vary by destination and can take anywhere from 7-14 business days depending on customs clearance and shipping method.
Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We do not currently offer shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid physical address for all orders. If a P.O. Box address is entered, we will contact you to request an updated shipping address.
8. Order Modifications and Cancellations
Once an order has been placed and processed, we are unable to make modifications or cancellations. However, if you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at info@maxrapic.net or (931) 556-2326. We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or modify an order once it has been shipped.
9. Lost or Stolen Packages
MaxRaPic is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend tracking your package and contacting the carrier directly in the event of any delivery issues.
If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier for assistance. If the issue persists, please reach out to our customer service team for guidance.
10. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping address at the time of purchase. MaxRaPic is not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@maxrapic.net or (931) 556-2326. If your order has not yet shipped, we will attempt to correct the address. Once the order has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.
11. Shipping Delays
Although we strive to meet our shipping commitments, certain circumstances may lead to delays in processing or delivery. Delays may be caused by:
- High order volume (e.g., during holiday seasons or promotions).
- Inclement weather conditions or natural disasters.
- Shipping carrier delays (including FedEx, UPS, or USPS).
